Hohm Tech is best known for vape batteries. A Skillet starter kit would pair a battery device with an atomizer, but we could not verify what the kit includes.

Key Features and Specifications

Earlier versions of this post listed a height of about 100mm, a weight of 80 grams, a 2ml tank, a 15 to 40 watt range and 0.5-ohm coils. We could not confirm any of these from Hohm Tech, so we removed them.

The original description also mixed two product types. A concentrate (wax) vaporizer and an e-liquid tank kit use different atomizers, so check which one you are buying.

If you find a Skillet kit, ask the seller for the box contents, battery type, wattage range and coil specs. Check that the device is legal to sell where you live.

Hohm Tech and Product Line Evolution

Hohm Tech is a Hong Kong company whose website sells lithium-ion vape batteries in 18650, 20700, 21700 and 26650 sizes, plus chargers.

We could not confirm when, or whether, Hohm Tech released a Skillet starter kit. Its current website does not list one.

Performance and User Experience

We could not verify claims about heat-up time, flavor, airflow or battery life, so we have removed them. Real-world performance depends on the device, coil and settings.

For charging time, follow the manufacturer's instructions. Use the cable or charger made for the device, never a phone or tablet charger, as the FDA advises.

The FDA also advises charging on a clean, flat surface away from anything that can easily catch fire. Don't leave a device in direct sunlight or a hot car.

Coil Technology and Maintenance

We could not confirm the Skillet's coil type or resistance. Use only coils made for your device, and stay within the wattage range printed on the coil.
